Breaking Free: Helping Clients Redefine Their Patterns Through Choice
Have you ever worked with clients who seem to be 'stuck' and repeating patterns they wish to change? Are you interested in exploring how client autonomy and choice can unlock new, desired ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving?
Take part in innovative and exciting research: I am carrying out postgraduate research at the University of East London and seeking counsellors, psychotherapists, and coaches with two or more years of client experience to participate in a one-to-one, 90-minute, semi-structured online interview to share your insights.
This study aims to understand how therapists support clients in becoming aware of their patterns and actively choosing new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving to shape their desired future and/or enhance self-awareness.
All responses will be fully anonymised, and ethical approval has been obtained to ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
If you'd like to take part or learn more, please get in touch ASAP at u2162158@uel.ac.uk for an information sheet or with any questions.
Many thanks!
