Working in the NHS - the state of children’s services report launched

In March 2017, a joint survey was launched by the ACP, ŠÊ˜·³ÇëŠ×ÓÍÆË], BPC and UKCP to capture information from their members who provided therapeutic services in UK health services. The result is the 'Working in the NHS: the state of children's services' report which focuses specifically on those who identified their main workplace setting as a children’s service.

While we commend the Government on its focus and commitment to children and young people’s mental health, we believe the recommendations set out in Transforming Children and Young People’s Mental Health Provision: a Green Paper are a missed opportunity to deliver the most effective mental health support in our schools and colleges.
