I offer therapy for anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions — both online across the UK and in person in Brighton and London Bridge, SE1. I currently have weekday availability, with some flexibility around lunchtime and early evenings. Whether you're nearby or connecting from elsewhere, we can find a rhythm that works for you.
About me and my therapy practice
ŠÊ˜·³ÇëŠ×ÓÍÆË]
You might be at a crossroads — or simply at the end of your tether. Something has to change. You might not know what, only that staying as you are is becoming too hard. The anxiety, disconnection, the flatness or overwhelm… is starting to take its toll.
You might be navigating anxiety, low self-worth, heartbreak, burnout, or a major life transition — questioning everything from relationships and identity to the direction your life is going. These thresholds can feel overwhelming but they’re also where meaningful change begins.
You may have tried to push through. Kept busy. Minimized it. Pretended. But lately it’s harder to ignore. A growing sense that life isn’t quite working — or that something deep down is asking for your attention.
Therapy offers a space to begin that shift — slowly, steadily, and with support. You don’t have to know what the answer is. No need to arrive with clarity or a plan. We start wherever you are — and we take our time.
Collaboratively, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface. The patterns that keep repeating. The old stories you’ve internalised. The stuckness, the self-doubt, the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long.
It’s natural to want things to feel better quickly. But the most lasting change comes not from trying to fix ourselves, but from getting to know ourselves more deeply. Therapy offers that space to understand yourself more fully and begin to move toward something steadier, truer, more aligned.
If you work with me, you might find yourself
- Feeling more at ease in your own skin
- Making choices that reflect who you really are
- Letting go of people-pleasing, perfectionism, old patterns
- Facing uncertainty with calm and clarity
- Moving through grief or heartbreak with steadiness and care
- Reconnecting to a sense of meaning, purpose, or direction

About me and my therapy practice
You might be at a crossroads — or simply at the end of your tether.
- Something has to change. You might not know what exactly — but staying as you are is becoming too hard. The anxiety, the disconnection, the flatness or overwhelm… it’s starting to take its toll.
- You've tried to push through. Kept busy. Minimized it. Pretended. But lately it’s harder to ignore. A sense that life isn’t quite working — or that something deep down is asking for your attention.
- It’s unsettling, even scary, to face that truth. You don’t know what will happen if you start listening to yourself. But you know something needs to shift.
Therapy offers a space to begin that shift — slow, steady, and with support.
- You don’t have to know what the answer is. You don’t need to arrive with clarity or a plan. We start wherever you are — and we take our time.
- Collaboratively, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface. The patterns that keep repeating. The old stories you’ve internalised. The stuckness, the self-doubt, the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long.
- It’s natural to want to feel better quickly. But the most lasting change comes not from trying to fix ourselves, but from getting to know ourselves more deeply. Therapy offers that — space to understand yourself more fully and begin to move toward something steadier, truer, and more aligned.
Over time, you might find yourself…
• Feeling more at ease in your own skin
• Making choices that reflect who you really are
• Letting go of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or old patterns
• Facing uncertainty with more calm and clarity
• Moving through grief or heartbreak with steadiness and care
• Reconnecting to a sense of meaning, purpose, or direction
You might be navigating anxiety, low self-worth, heartbreak, burnout, or a major life transition — questioning everything from relationships and identity to the direction your life is going. These thresholds can feel overwhelming — but they’re also where meaningful change begins.
Practice description
I offer soulful, depth-oriented therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with find themselves in emotional crossroads or quiet crises — stuck in old patterns, facing uncertainty, or quietly wondering, Is this really it?
Working soulfully means welcoming all of you — mind, body, and soul. Soul can show up in overlooked places: dreams, hunches, images, daydreams, a song that won’t leave your head. These fragments often hold something meaningful to say, even when they don’t make immediate sense.
Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and attuned. I won’t give advice or push for quick fixes. Instead, I’ll offer a steady, grounded space where we can explore what matters most to you — gently and collaboratively, at a pace that feels right.
Whether you need short-term support or a longer, deeper process, we’ll work together with care and curiosity.
Inclusivity
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and grounded in an awareness of structural oppression — including racism, patriarchy, ableism, classism, capitalism, and the systems that harm both people and the Earth.
I work online and in person in Brighton. If you're ready for depth, you're in the right place.
