Availability

I offer therapy for anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions 鈥 both online throughout the UK and in person in Brighton and London Bridge, SE1. I currently have weekday availability, with some flexibility around lunchtime and early evenings. Whether you're nearby or connecting from elsewhere, we can find a rhythm that works for you.

About me and my therapy practice

You might be at a crossroads 鈥 or simply at the end of your tether.

  • Something has to change. You might not know what exactly 鈥 but staying as you are is becoming too hard. The anxiety, the disconnection, the flatness or overwhelm鈥 it鈥檚 starting to take its toll.
  • You've tried to push through. Kept busy. Minimized it. Pretended. But lately it鈥檚 harder to ignore. A sense that life isn鈥檛 quite working 鈥 or that something deep down is asking for your attention.
  • It鈥檚 unsettling, even scary, to face that truth. You don鈥檛 know what will happen if you start listening to yourself.  But you know something needs to shift.

Therapy offers a space to begin that shift 鈥 slow, steady, and with support.

  • You don鈥檛 have to know what the answer is. You don鈥檛 need to arrive with clarity or a plan. We start wherever you are 鈥 and we take our time.
  • Collaboratively, we鈥檒l explore what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface. The patterns that keep repeating. The old stories you鈥檝e internalised. The stuckness, the self-doubt, the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long.
  • It鈥檚 natural to want to feel better quickly. But the most lasting change comes not from trying to fix ourselves, but from getting to know ourselves more deeply. Therapy offers that 鈥 space to understand yourself more fully and begin to move toward something steadier, truer, and more aligned.

Over time, you might find yourself鈥

鈥 Feeling more at ease in your own skin

鈥 Making choices that reflect who you really are

鈥 Letting go of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or old patterns

鈥 Facing uncertainty with more calm and clarity

鈥 Moving through grief or heartbreak with steadiness and care

鈥 Reconnecting to a sense of meaning, purpose, or direction

You might be navigating anxiety, low self-worth, heartbreak, burnout, or a major life transition 鈥 questioning everything from relationships and identity to the direction your life is going. These thresholds can feel overwhelming 鈥 but they鈥檙e also where meaningful change begins.

Practice description

I offer soulful, depth-oriented therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with find themselves in emotional crossroads or quiet crises 鈥 stuck in old patterns, facing uncertainty, or quietly wondering, Is this really it?

Working soulfully means welcoming all of you 鈥 mind, body, and soul. Soul can show up in overlooked places: dreams, hunches, images, daydreams, a song that won鈥檛 leave your head. These fragments often hold something meaningful to say, even when they don鈥檛 make immediate sense.

Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and attuned. I won鈥檛 give advice or push for quick fixes. Instead, I鈥檒l offer a steady, grounded space where we can explore what matters most to you 鈥 gently and collaboratively, at a pace that feels right.

Whether you need short-term support or a longer, deeper process, we鈥檒l work together with care and curiosity.

Inclusivity

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and grounded in an awareness of structural oppression 鈥 including racism, patriarchy, ableism, classism, capitalism, and the systems that harm both people and the Earth.

I work online and in person in Brighton. If you're ready for depth, you're in the right place.

About me and my therapy practice

You might feel a low ache beneath your days, the whisper of Is this it? A distance between the life you鈥檙e living and the one you imagined. Other times, it鈥檚 undeniable鈥攁 relationship ending, the world shifting, the familiar falling away. A discomfort you can鈥檛 outrun.

You don鈥檛 have to stay stuck. Change begins with understanding. And understanding begins when you鈥檙e truly heard.

Therapy isn鈥檛 about fixing you鈥攂ecause you were never broken. It鈥檚 about reconnecting you to yourself, quieting the noise, and making space for something different, that includes possibility and potential.

Do any of these sound familiar?

鈥 You鈥檙e in a relationship that lacks depth or nourishment.

鈥 You want children but are facing unexpected challenges.

鈥 You feel stuck in a career that no longer feels like yours.

鈥 You feel disconnected from the richness of life. You are overwhelmed by global politics, the well-being of the planet

鈥 You鈥檙e navigating the complexities of a blended family, far from the vision you once held.

鈥 You鈥檙e carrying the weight of others鈥 expectations鈥攁nd your own.

A persistent, underlying sense that things aren鈥檛 right.

These experiences hold grief, longing, uncertainty. They may also bring a quiet but persistent anxiety鈥攁n ongoing tension, a sense of waiting for something to shift.

How Therapy Can Help

鈥 Understand where you are, what you long for, and what鈥檚 possible when life doesn鈥檛 look the way you expected.

鈥 Ease anxiety & overwhelm 鈥

鈥 Heal relationship struggles 鈥 Explore patterns, set boundaries, and build deeper, more fulfilling connections.

鈥 Move through grief & disappointment 鈥 Process loss鈥攏ot just of people, but of dreams, identities, and the life you imagined.

Therapy is a place to be seen and heard, to understand the deeper stories behind your feelings, and to find ways to live more peacefully alongside them.

I invite you to bring your whole story 鈥 the parts you鈥檙e proud of and the parts you鈥檝e been taught to hide. The benefit of this work is the freedom to see yourself differently 鈥 to shift out of shame, release that sense of 鈥渟omething must be wrong with me,鈥 and begin to understand yourself with compassion and clarity.

Advanced Diploma in the Application of the Arts in Therapy and Education

We might start to look at your past and how it might be impacting you now. We might begin to notice what is happening in your body, so if you are anxious we can look at ways of bringing your anxiety to more tolerable levels.

Working soulfully is working in a way that includes all of you, mind, body and soul. Soul can look like the things we often overlook, whispers, daydreams, images, night dreams, hunches, whims, the song rattling around your head. It might not make sense but it will often have something deeply meaningful to say.

Perhaps you will need a few sessions to get something off your chest. Perhaps you want to look at how you are in relationships and will need more sessions to fathom that out and see lasting change. However long you want to come, we will be working together, collaboratively, with your best interests in heart and mind.
