About me and my therapy practice

Currently working online and telephone.

Practice description

As a neurodivergent therapist, I aim to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can begin to explore what’s going on for them—whatever that may be. I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood, especially for those who have experienced domestic abuse or childhood trauma. I know how hard it can be to find the right words, and I won’t rush or judge while we work together to discover what those words might be for you.

My approach is grounded in relationship. I believe that healing begins in spaces where people feel truly safe—without needing to constantly explain themselves. While I am not a directive therapist, I do think it’s valuable to gently explore potential paths forward together, always at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you're coming to therapy to process trauma, make sense of past experiences, or simply find space to breathe and reflect, I am here to meet you with compassion and curiosity.

My first session

I understand how difficult it can be to take that first step. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute consultation for new clients. This no-obligation chat is a chance for you to:

Ask questions about therapy and my approach.

Share what you’re struggling with and what you hope to achieve.

Decide if we’re the right fit before committing to ongoing sessions.

Whether you're new to therapy or looking for a fresh perspective, I'm here to help. Let’s talk and see how I can support you in your journey to feeling better.

About me and my therapy practice

Hi – I'm Tracy, a Neurodivergent Psychotherapist (ŠÊ˜·³ÇëŠ×ÓÍÆË] Registered)

I offer warm, safe, neuro- and LGBTQ+ affirming counselling and psychotherapy for neurodivergent people aged 12 and up—no diagnosis required. My practice is trauma-informed, person-centred, and grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood—without having to constantly explain yourself. Many of my clients have experienced trauma, including domestic abuse or difficult childhoods, and often feel anxious, overstimulated, isolated, or stuck in cycles of shutdowns and meltdowns. Relationships can be especially hard to navigate and finding the right words to express how you feel can be even harder. That’s okay. I’ll meet you where you are, without rushing or judgment.

Counselling with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and interests. While I’m not a directive therapist, I believe in gently exploring potential paths forward—always at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you’re looking to process trauma, understand past experiences, or simply carve out space to reflect and breathe, I’m here to support you.

â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹I also offer guidance for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people, drawing on nearly a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals across a range of settings, including education and private practice.
